Barrie, ON -Bill Kindou of Sutton Group - Incentive Realty Inc., was elected First Vice President of the Barrie and District Real Estate Board in December 2005 after three years on the Board of Directors.   An active member at board meetings and community events, Bill is looking forward to being at the forefront of the changes in technology and data and information sharing that are affecting all of the Ontario Real Estate Boards.

"It's an exciting time in real estate.   It's beneficial for me to be involved with a Board that's a part of all of these changes," he says.   Bill is also looking forward to a future presidency position on the Barrie and District Real Estate Board.

The Board members are also involved in several community activities each year, including the upcoming 4th annual Ontario Real Estate Area Charity Golf Tournament, which benefited the Barrie Women and Children's Shelter and the Royal Victoria Hospital in 2005.   The Board also coordinated fundraising home tours, bowling, and curling events for Big Brothers and Big Sisters.   Bill Kindou continues his work at Sutton Group - Incentive Realty, where he has been an associate for the past five years.   Previously with Sutton Group - Future Realty in Newmarket, Ontario, Bill has been with the Sutton organization for a total of 11 years.
