Toronto, ON – On August 30th, Sutton officially welcomed its newest member, Sutton – West Realty Inc.* The office has come full circle after starting out as Sutton Group – Fox Realty 17 years ago and operating as a Realty Executives franchise from 2003 to 2006. After encountering great difficulties to build the American-based Realty Executives brand and grow the office, co-owners Tirdad Gharachorloo and Jack Deutsch decided it is time for a change. They chose Sutton.    

 The opening ceremony gathered some thirty agents to announce the switch-over. The attendants received the change enthusiastically and openly expressed their happiness with the decision.  

Tirdad shared his joy and insights about the future expansion of the office and his goals, “My focus has always been on recruiting. Expanding the office to an agent base of 300 people requires a name the market trusts, a brand that is strong and positively perceived. Being an all-Canadian organization with a powerful presence, Sutton was my natural choice!” Tirdad revealed that “he is looking forward to creating a solid bond with the rest of the Sutton brokers and offices”.

The new office currently has 41 agents who provide a wide range of real estate services including residential, commercial and investment. Jack Deutsch is the co-owner along with broker of record Tirdad Gharachorloo.
