Oakville, ON - Sutton Group - Quantum Realty Inc.* in North Oakville officially opened its doors for business on September 25th. Tina Gardin, broker of record and owner of the new office, has come a long way after starting Sutton Group - Quantum Realty Inc.* in Mississauga in 1995.

"My goal is to have 50 salespeople (at the Oakville location) by the end of 2007", Tina shares. She believes that the office culture and her bottom-up management style will attract salespeople to join. The office offers dynamic training targeted to both seasoned salespeople and new ones. It accommodates power-foundation groups based on principles of empowerment, accountability and commitment. In a ten-week period, new salespeople undergo the Quantum's Key to Success modules which include training on relationship-building, marketing, branding, Internet and website tools.

Through her business acumen, Tina has built her Mississauga office to ninety salespeople and aspires to continuous growth through empowerment and coaching.
"I recognize that ongoing training and coaching is necessary for the growth and success of my salespeople. Referrals and business planning are just two examples of the one-on-one coaching we offer", Tina comments.

Community-minded Tina has been volunteering with TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) and MREB (Mississauga Real Estate Board) as President for 2005. The Mississauga office traditionally puts out Halloween in the Village which attracts many children and the whole community can marvel at the fun decorations, sound effects, the bails of hay and salespeople in costumes. This event will take place on October 28.

The Oakville branch has yet to create its own community traditions but surely the ambitious salespeople and their leader, Tina Gardin, will find a way to surprise the town.
