Louise, who has been a REALTOR® since 1990, had an opportunity to work with a local developer, so she decided to open a brand new Sutton office in the Cold Lake area. The office is downtown on a main street, close to many businesses such as hotels and retail stores. The office environment is very professional, comfortable and warm. "I wanted an office atmosphere of friendliness, honesty and integrity", expressed Louise. She plans to offer an alternative way of purchasing and selling homes to the public and be different from other offices in Cold Lake. She will also be increasing the number of REALTORS® in the office.

Sutton Group - Cold Lake specializes in new home construction, condominiums and resale homes. They offer full customer service and experience to clients. There is a beautiful reception area and a meeting room. One unique concept in the office is having a personal broker for clients at their request; this will alleviate communication barriers and help clients feel comfortable. The new office is very connected to the community. REALTOR® Crystal Gardiner is a Director for the Cold Lake Affordable Housing Society. Over the years, Louise has volunteered for a number of organizations including Lakeland Regional Health Authority, Family Community Social Services, Meadowview Condo Association, Cold Lake Public Library and Girl Guides of Canada. She is also the co-founder of Lakeland Gym Club and Cold Lake Playschool, and a board member of Cold Lake Affordable Housing Society. In addition, Louise donates to scholarships for high school students and fundraises to send students to other countries to volunteer. With a strong sense of community, Louise feels Sutton Group - Cold Lake will be a very successful office.
