London, ON - Sutton Group - Select Realty Inc.* recently presented the eighth annual Michele Montour Award for Excellence in Real Estate to REALTOR® Louise Bygden. The award was named after Michele Montour, an outstanding REALTOR® in the office who passed away several years ago. Louise possesses the many qualities that Michele had and this is why she received the award this year. The office feels it is important to recognize individuals in the office who have made a difference.

Woodstock, ON - Along with real estate, REALTOR® Drew Symons of Sutton Group - Right Way Real Estate (2007) Inc. has a passion for golf and basketball. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Drew was a professional golfer. When his golf career ended, he became head coach of the College Avenue Secondary School (CASS) in Woodstock, Ontario. He is also heavily involved with the golf community in his area.

London, ON - REALTORS® Mike Brady and Lynn Waram Brady of Sutton Group - Preferred Realty Inc.* have been busy recently with several community projects. They are both Lions Clubs International members, a volunteer organization that that gives back to the community. Over the past year, they have contributed greatly to the Dutton & District Lions Caledonia TWO project, for the building of a senior's retirement complex. They have also organized an upcoming appreciation day for their clients on April 26.

London, ON - It is all about being community-focused for REALTORS® Dan Grantham and Renald Guindon of Sutton Group - Preferred Realty Inc.* For a number of years, they have donated over $12,000 to several charities. They have also developed a program where they donate to a charity every time they make a sale; so far they have donated close to $60,000. In addition, Dan and Renald belong to a number of groups and have been acknowledged for their efforts.

London, ON - Broker of Record Bruce Sworik of Sutton Group - Select Realty Inc.* has been dedicated to the real estate community and beyond for a number of years. He founded the office and is currently serving as President on the Board of Directors for the London St. Thomas Association of REALTORS®. Bruce also belongs to various organizations and donates to several charities annually.
