Louise, who has been a REALTOR® since 1990, had an opportunity to work with a local developer, so she decided to open a brand new Sutton office in the Cold Lake area. The office is downtown on a main street, close to many businesses such as hotels and retail stores. The office environment is very professional, comfortable and warm. "I wanted an office atmosphere of friendliness, honesty and integrity", expressed Louise. She plans to offer an alternative way of purchasing and selling homes to the public and be different from other offices in Cold Lake. She will also be increasing the number of REALTORS® in the office.

Calgary, AB - Broker Lorne Coultman of Sutton Group - Altawest has recently been elected Director of the Calgary Real Estate Board. He has been a long time member of the Board and will be sworn in January 2008. He will have many responsibilities and hopes to implement several initiatives. Members of his office also contribute to the community on a continual basis.

Edmonton, AB - To celebrate the holiday season, Sutton - Premiere Real Estate will be holding a Christmas Party on December 13 at the Royal Glenora Club in Edmonton, Alberta. During the party there will be a silent auction with all proceeds going towards the Ihuman Youth Society and the Women's Dream Centre.
