Sutton Spirit Draw Winner
CANADA – Congratulations to the latest winner in the Sutton Spirit draw. Showing amazing dedication to their community, REALTORS® and staff from Sutton – Premier Realty regularly donate and volunteer at Ronald McDonald House, the Surrey Food Bank and the annual Realtors CARE® Blanket Drive. For many years, they have provided Christmas gifts and meals to several low-income families registered with the Surrey Christmas Bureau.
Bring on the Balls is a project they launched after making a heart-breaking discovery at the Surrey Christmas Bureau. Each Christmas, 4,000 children from low-income families eagerly anticipate receiving gifts from the charity, but hundreds of teenagers are left empty-handed. The team at Sutton - Premier Realty decided to “bring on the balls”—specifically balls for soccer, basketball, volleyball and other sports.
This past holiday season, they delivered a record-breaking 364 balls (along with 40 wireless Bluetooth speakers and 40 jigsaw puzzles suitable for teenagers) to the Surrey Christmas Bureau. Those were in addition to the hampers of food and gifts.
To raise money for their many projects, REALTORS® in this office make direct donations and host fundraisers, such as comedy shows and poker nights.
