CANADA – News media, industry publications, real estate boards, charities, individuals and companies share/rebroadcast and take inspiration from Sutton Spirit stories about our active members. Some of their stories are highlighted on the REALTORS Care® website, a philanthropic branch of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), as well as REM, and the websites of real estate boards and associations, particularly those in Ontario, the Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island.

Print and online media welcome our releases as news tips to inspire their own coverage. CBC (in multiple cities), the Calgary Sun, the Edmonton Journal, the Toronto Star, Metro Ottawa, Peace Arch News, Burnaby Now, Nanaimo News Bulletin and many others have recognized Sutton members who give back to the community. The coverage has also helped to spread the word about fundraisers (e.g., tournaments, galas, raffles, and barbeques), potentially boosting participation and donations.

Charitable organizations typically have limited staff, so they appreciate our stories as content for their websites and communication materials. ErinoakKids Children's Treatment Centre, the SickKids Foundation, the SPCA, Habitat for Humanity and multiple hospices are just some of the many organizations that have recognized the efforts of Sutton Brokers, REALTORS® and staff.

Via digital tools, it is easy for our members, who receive Sutton Spirit emails, to share them within their own circles of friends and clients. It costs nothing and takes seconds.

In addition to reaching valuable community partners, Sutton Spirit stories appear in our annual publication and on www.suttonspirit.com. Links at the top of each story on SuttonSpirit.com allow visitors to share posts on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, etc.

Host a fundraiser such as a barbeque or a food drive; join a charity event such as a Big Bike Ride; volunteer; or donate. Whatever you choose, contact us to help you make the news for a good cause.
